1. The cheapest inner capsule is made of EVA material, which is characterized by a hard, non-soft feel, and no elasticity when squeezed after inflation; it affects the accuracy and accuracy of blood pressure testing;

Secondly, some inner capsules are made of latex, which are softer than EVA, and are usually mostly black in color; when they are first produced, the smell is quite unpleasant, and the surface has very small dust particles that are not easily detectable by the naked eye. It is suitable for use in the field of medical products, and its use is expressly prohibited in the EU and US markets;
3. Some inner capsules are made of PVC material, which is characterized by softer feel than EVA, but harder than latex. After inflation and extrusion, the elasticity is not very good. PVC is also not resistant to bending and cannot withstand the long-term tensile strength of the hospital. And anti-bending use, easy to crack; not resistant to high and low temperature, especially easy to crack when used in low temperature conditions, usually not long service life;
4. The best inner capsule is made of imported TPU. It has the characteristics of high tensile resistance, bending resistance, conforming to biological compatibility, etc., high and low temperature resistance, good sealing, soft texture, and very good elasticity. It can be used in inflatable extrusion. It can still be used normally after 10,000 times (other domestic TPU or recycled materials do not meet this requirement!);
5. The outer cloth cover is divided into ordinary and PU leather waterproof. At the same time, the thickness and feel of the PU leather are also different in quality;
6. Disposable cuffs from many small processing plants are shipped directly without disinfection or sterilization.
7. The connection between the cuff and the trachea is not firm, and it will leak after a period of use. Many of them use PVC pipes, and the good quality ones are TPU and silicone pipes;
8. The strength of the suture thread is not enough, and the density of the stitching process is too thin, which will affect the service life of the product.
9. The stickiness of the Velcro is also an important factor. A good-quality hook surface/hairy surface can still be used normally after opening and closing 10,000 times; a poor-quality Velcro will appear fluffing and sticking after using for a period of time. Abnormal phenomena such as insufficient strength or poor adhesion will seriously affect the results of the blood pressure test; thereby causing a misjudgment of the patient’s condition!
Two, test
Many small processing workshops will not spend huge sums of money to purchase high-precision pressure testers, and will not perform 100% testing on the finished products, but simply conduct random inspections or even directly ship them without random inspections, so the final test of the product The accuracy cannot be guaranteed at all! It will not conduct more than 10,000 tests of resistance to mechanical fatigue, pressure resistance, and explosion-proof cracking on the batch of products! The hidden dangers of product performance are endless.
